Rental & cancellation policies
❌ Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is made after 8:00 AM the day before the event, the customer may be responsible for 50% of the reservation total.
🌧️ Weather
In case of severe weather, heavy rain, lightning or unsafe winds, the rental may be rescheduled based on availability. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
🏠 Setup Area
The setup area must be clean, flat and safe. Concrete, asphalt or any surface where stakes cannot be used requires an additional fee.
